As for the purification of waste water coming from denim laundries, you should consider not only the standard parameters (COD, BOD5, SURFACE ACTIVE AGENTS) but also the pumice stone and dye (INDIGO). These are primary materials for industrial working in this field: if they are not promptly treated upstream the plant, they can cause serious problems throughout the phases of the purification process.

To face this problem DALMON provides its plants with a mechanical filtering treatment which, together with a chemical treatment, allows eliminating pumice and indigo powders.

During the following phases, the wastewater undergoes a biological process for the reduction of the polluting load until a waste within the lawtable limits is obtained.
